We have been one of the leading providers of stair building software worldwide for more than 30 years. We offer complete solutions ranging from CAD stair design and planning over three-dimensional stair visualisation to nearly fully automatic CNC manufacturing.
Our interactive online staircase configurator allows for fast, easy, and location-independent design of custom-made staircases, including all details needed for production. All data can be transferred to the machine seamlessly. This possibility is unique on the market and makes our staircase configurator especially innovative.
Additionally, we offer innovative and award-winning CAM timber solutions. Data from external CAD systems can be imported via different interfaces, e.g., BTL, XML, DXF, BVX, IFC, etc. The imported data is processed through a unique neutral processor. Individual parts can be prepared for the CNC in a self-determined order and the respective CNC programs are generated and transferred to the machine fully automatically. All machines can be connected. This solution greatly simplifies work operations and results in significant cost savings.
Next to our stair and timber solutions, we also develop customized MES Systems (Manufacturing Execution System) for the organisation, control, and management of all production, no matter the size and degree of automation. Our MES software can be utilised for all types of production, be it stair building, timber manufacturing, CLT production, or manufacturing processes in other industries.
