Company function at SEMA Software in Wildpoldsried: An event full of enthusiasm and team spirit!

Our Compass Software team attended a two-day SEMA meeting in Wildpoldsried, Germany in mid-October. This event was more than just a company event - it was a celebration of inspiration and togetherness!

In addition to exciting presentations, including the inspiring keynote appearance by life coach Nicola Fritze, all employees got a deep insight into the diversity of the BuildTec Software Group (SEMA Software, WGsystem, Compass Software and Hausmann&Wynen) and their innovative products. But that was not all! Exciting, interdisciplinary, and cross-company group workshops in the different departments promoted the exchange of ideas and strengthened our team spirit.

The weekend provided many opportunities for members of the Group companies to get to know each other, exchange ideas, and make valuable contacts.

And what better way to end a company event than with a rousing Oktoberfest? We celebrated together with good food and lively music. We will remember this experience for a long time. Thank you very much for this unforgettable event!
