Compass Software Appoints 2. Executive Director

In the past, Lukas Hollinderbaeumer established an additional business area at Compass Software: PROKON, the software for production management and control, was developed in large parts by him. Furthermore, he established Compass Software’s second company location in Bad Endorf (Bavaria) to ensure even greater service for the company’s South German and Austrian customers. Creating a sustainable and environmentally friendly business is especially important to Lukas Hollinderbaeumer and he has already proven his commitment with the renovation of the headquarter in Dortmund, which made the office building more environmentally sustainable and accessible.

Lukas Hollinderbaeumer has already gained extensive experience as Compass Software’s head of project management and as a member of the extended executive management team. Now, he is looking forward to growing even more together with his employees.

After 30 years of Compass Software, the two CEOs will further encourage generational change and want to ensure an optimal transfer of knowledge. Only through the active transfer of know-how it will be possible to ensure the high quality of Compass Software’s solutions and the satisfaction of their customers. Through this step, the software company enters a new chapter in the company history.
