At the workshop, participants learned to communicate even better with each other, which does not only help with private relationships, but also facilitates the exchange of know how amongst each other. Knowledge was exchanged with much enthusiasm and the course for the coming innovational strategy has been set. We are convinced that such activities strengthen the co-worker’s ties with each other, as well as their awareness of being part of the group, so that our team will be able to work even more successfully for our customers in the future.
