The costs calculation enables you to create a clear statement of stair costs at any time. The user can input different costs categories, which are then used by the system to automatically calculate the costs of the project:

• Articles  >>  screws, dowels, fittings, etc.
• Labour costs  >>  labour, machine-hourly rate, workshop utilities, etc.
• Assembly costs  >>  assembly, manpower costs, travel expenses, allowance, etc.
• Materials  >>  wood species, wood costs, waste material, etc.

Compass Software will calculate the costs for you. This way you can focus solely on the creation of your stair.

Next to these cost categories, it is also possible to assign margins for profit. These profit margins can either be entered as a fixed amount or a percent value for the stair and the labour costs.

Furthermore, it is easy to generate different forms to display the costs. For example, it is possible to generate an internal cost statement that shows all margins. At the same time, an external cost statement for the end customer can be created that does not contain these details.
