With this unique technology, stringer and handrail wreaths can be produced accurately on machines with only 3 axes.

The result: enormous time savings and a remarkably consistent and accurate final product.

Once the staircase has been designed in Compass Software, the program automatically calculates the CNC programs for the 3-axis machining of the wreaths. This option supports several types of wreaths, including:

  • Wreaths – mortised
  • Wreaths – open
  • Post wreaths

After the transfer to the CNC program, the automatic calculation of the blank block is started:

  • Block formatting for a perfect stop
  • Accurate fit of inner and outer parts
  • Processing inside and outside:
    • Roughing, finishing, grooving
    • Contour handrail profile with ball cutter
  • Scoring/marking the contour

You can even cut multiple wreaths of the same radius and thickness in one block.
