The project automation was realized by the three companies at Trappen Verschaeve in 2019. The CNC machines from MKM and the robot, which was delivered by Fraxinus (https://fraxinus.be), were programmed together with Compass Software. Now, all processes run smoothly with the help of barcodes. The automation leads to more capacity and closes gaps that were created through a lack of skilled labor.
