New ideas for experienced users: Rindlisbacher relies on Compass Optimisation Coaching

Our recent optimisation coaching at Rindlisbacher shows that even after decades of experience, regular training provides fresh impulses and ensures more efficient work.

Compass Software recently conducted a successful optimisation coaching session at Rindlisbacher, delivered entirely remotely via Microsoft Teams. This gave participants the flexibility to participate from any location. The customer dubbed the day the 'Rindlisbacher Compass Synergy Day' and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive.

Rindlisbacher relies on Compass Optimisation Coaching

The coaching focused on adapting pre-definitions and drilling patterns, creating quick inputs and optimising article and parts list management, with the ultimate aim of increasing design output. The agenda provided a comprehensive insight into the possibilities of Compass Software. The team discussed designing glass balustrades with point holders, carved patterns in balustrades, and panel infills, as well as new ways of working with the software.

Three Rindlisbacher employees - Benjamin Rindlisbacher, Gottfried Rupnig and Andreas Aichholzer - attended the training and were very satisfied. They praised the practical training and the immediately applicable tips for improving efficiency, even for someone with 20 years experience.

Rindlisbacher's example (www.rindlisbacher.at) illustrates the value of regular optimisation coaching with Compass Software. Regardless of whether you are a long-time user or a newcomer, such training keeps your knowledge and working methods up to date and provides new impetus for improvements. Working with a Compass service engineer helps to identify and address weaknesses.
