We have extended the 3D Plus Online upload dialog by adding a new section called “License”. In this section, users can check how many stairs they have left in their stair contingent. Additionally, the table that appears when uploading a stair to the internet now shows the changes the upload made in their account. These enhancements make the 3D Plus Online module more transparent for customers.

The new "Request Stair Contingent" button opens a new version of our ticket form in your web browser. There, you can request stair contingents directly in quantities of 50, 100, 150, or 200 stair uploads. Your request will be sent directly to our order processing department and handled as soon as possible.
You can already request stair contingents now via our ticket form.
Overall, the customer now has a clearer view of their available contingent account balance. Additionally, the process has become simpler and quicker.
