Compass Software customer Matthias Brack is part of the DDS column "Meinungen und Stimmungen aus der Branche - Und wie begeistern Sie?“, where he reported on the digitalization of his sun room business.

In the beginning Brack Wintergarten GmbH & Co. KG's employees were worried that the digitalization of the company could threaten their jobs. However, it became apparent quickly that the new technologies are an aid for employees and not a replacement.
