Installation of Staircase Production Solution at Carpentry Köhler from Germany

Up until the training, the company produced approx. 80 – 90 staircases yearly, using the Compass Software basic version and paper templates. The installation of the design software and the connection of the CNC machine will increase the production output significantly. Furthermore, the company will be able to produce more different staircase types, which were too complicated to manufacture by hand before.

The next service appointment is already planned for August of this year. It will be used to implement the Compass Software BTL Timber Solution at the company. This will enable them to send construction data for awnings and carpentry projects directly to the machine through the Compass Software BTL interface. The combination of staircase software and BTL interface will open many doors for the carpentry Köhler in the areas of staircase building and timber construction. They will gain speed and flexibility to react to different market influences. We would like to thank the company Köhler for their business and we are already looking forward to the BTL installation in August.
