Leonard has already gained some experience in the woodworking industry during his professional career. He worked in a small interior finishing business during his carpentry apprenticeship. There, he designed and built stairs by hand. After his apprenticeship, Leonard received some further training to become a wood technician. During this time, he was employed in the woodworking industry as a planning engineer. He mainly helped customers design their own furniture.
In his free time Leonard also enjoys designing furniture pieces. He is often found exercising and downhill mountain biking.
